Meet the Team
Damian KokEnnen
Broker/Owner
Damian, founder and Broker of SkyBridge Realty is based in Milford Massachusetts and brings more than 20 years of local Real Estate experiences to his clients. His diverse background of residential brokerage, commercial and residential property management, construction, as well as private lending and appraisal gives him a personalized, creative edge over the traditional model.
Damian grew up locally in Holliston and has been a Milford resident for more than 10 years were he still resides with his wife, two sons, and two dogs, Damian is active in the community as a basketball coach and scout leader.
Lynne Ross
Real Estate Agent
Lynne joined SkyBridge Realty in 2018. With a degree in Early Childhood Education she brings her creativity, compassion and relationship management skills to the table for clients. Working closely with all members of the team to facilitate sales, leasing and construction activities fluidly for all Skybridge clients, Lynne is responsible for all aspect of client relationships for Skybridge as well as being the leasing manager and director of marketing.
Lynne lives in Milford with her husband and two amazing children 10 and 7 and is active locally as the first female cub scout leader in Milford’s history.
Stephanie Ward
Real Estate Agent
Stephanie has been with us since she obtained her real estate license in 2013. A Hopkinton native and resident, she is very familiar with the Metrowest area and its communities. As a nurse and mother of two young children, Stephanie understands the value of someone who can help you navigate the home-buying and selling processes while juggling a busy schedule. Her main objective when working with clients is to make them feel comfortable and empowered by guiding them through transactions one step at a time and providing education, particularly to first-time buyers and sellers.
